Felip Unveils ‘7sins’: A Musical Journey Through Human Flaws

Felip’s latest album, ‘7sins,’ takes listeners on a profound journey through the complexities of human emotions and shortcomings. Without focusing on religious themes, the album offers an introspective look at honesty and acceptance, encouraging listeners to embrace their true selves.

‘7sins,’ released on July 5, 2024, features nine tracks, with “Envy” as its focal point. The album is available on all major streaming platforms and Felip’s YouTube channel. Each track represents a different sin, including wrath, greed, and pride, culminating in “Ache,” a powerful song about redemption and self-acknowledgment. This genre-bending album highlights Felip’s diverse musical talents and personal stories.

Despite his commitments with SB19, Felip remained dedicated to creating ‘7sins,’ spending seven months writing, recording, and mixing the album. Collaborating with Luke April of PLAYERTWO and Isagani Palabyab, Felip invested countless late-night sessions to perfect his vision.

The album includes collaborations with notable artists, such as Belgian-Filipino Cyra Gwynth, who co-wrote and features on “Greed” and “Lust.” Additionally, Felip teamed up with fellow Warner Music Philippines artist PLAYERTWO for “Gluttony,” continuing their successful partnership from previous hits like “FLYYY” and “Pagdali.”

Felip’s solo concert, ‘7sins the Album Concert,’ will take place on July 27, 2024, at the Space at OneAyala. Fans can expect a performance that showcases Felip’s creative influence, style, and artistic depth.
