One-Night-Only: ALAB: Poetry and Craft Beers at &More by Sheraton

Sheraton Manila Bay is hosting a one-night-only event, “ALAB: Poetry and Craft Beers” happening on August 25 from 7 PM onwards at the hotel’s newest food & beverage hub! With live performances by some of the Philippines’ most well-known artists and interactive activities for all attendees.

The event is appropriately named Alab, which translates to passion or flame in Tagalog. It features passionate oral poetry performances by poets from Spoken Word Manila and sizzling melodic beats of Kulintang, performed with world-class Filipina percussionist Tusa Montes.

For only Php 790++ per person, attendees will be delighted in a fiery paring of two (2) craft beers from proudly local brewery Crazy Carabao and Filipino-fusion bar chow platter inclusive of Sausage Inasal (Homemade Vegan Sausage), Kilawin Spring Roll (Citrus Marinated Tuna, Chili Vinegar), Truffle Flower Fat (Pork Flower Fat, Truffle Oil, Sinamak), Adobo Churros (Chicken Liver, Spicy Adobo Dip), Beef Pares Gyoza (Beef Floss, Pares Sauce), and Baked Sisig Quiche (Pork Sisig, Kesong Puti).
