Avida Land Corp. Launches its Latest Showroom in the Manila Bay Area

I’ve been wanting to own my very first house (or condo) and this would just be such a good opportunity for me to have a glimpse of some of the newest property Avida have. Hence, I attended the recent launched of the Avida Ayala Malls Manila Bay Showroom as part of the buildup to the celebration of its 32nd anniversary in October. The company now boasts a growing portfolio of 100 projects in 25 prominent locations.

Both the Centralis Towers on Taft Avenue in Pasay City and the Patio Madrigal on Roxas Boulevard in Manila, two of Avida Land’s newest and most intriguing developments, benefit from this design aesthetic. I just love how they have been able to maximize the area, alloting enough spaces for each part of the house.

The Centralis Towers are a single tower high-rise complex that span 3,380 sq. m. and have 5 platform levels, 27 residential floors, and 1,111 apartments. It has all the makings of a thriving metropolis for young, ambitious professionals, growing families, retirees, and shrewd investors.

Patio Madrigal, developed in collaboration with the Madrigal family, stands on a plot of land measuring 6,222.50 square meters, and comprises four levels of platform space and fourteen stories of apartments (with 595 units in Tower 1). The Patio Madrigal development is the first joint venture between Ayala and Avida along Roxas Boulevard.
